[00:00:02] Kelly O'Brien: My dad was diagnosed at a relatively early age of onset for Alzheimer's.
[00:00:07] Dan Kendall: Alzheimer's affects one in nine people over the age of 65.
[00:00:12] Kelly O'Brien: It was in his early 60s and I'm 56. And it's not lost on me that that's not that far away.
[00:00:19] Dan Kendall: In 2023, an estimated 6 point 7 million Americans, age 65 and older were living with Alzheimer's disease.
[00:00:27] Kelly O'Brien: I turned 50 and, as you get older, people say, “Oh, it's all downhill from here.”

[00:01:36] Bob Finch: So I've been seeing a neurologist and I've been paying a lot of attention to what was going on in my head and, uh... I've lost it again. Dang it. This is my only visible problem and you've drawn it out.
