Sydney graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2022 with her Master's in Genetic Counseling. From there she worked for a Pediatric and Metabolic clinic, before moving into Cancer Genetics at Corewell Health East. She is passionate about teaching others about the benefits of genetic testing and promoting equity in genetics. Sydney is a part of the Jewish Genetic Counselors group, Prenatal, and New Genetic Counselor/ Student Special Interest Groups in varying roles.
