Christine Ferguson is a Postdoctoral Scholar at The University of Alabama and Nutrition Research Coordinator for the National Center on Health, Physical Activity, and Disability (NCHPAD). As a Registered Dietitian, she has experience in the clinical setting and as an instructor for dietetic students and interns. She helped develop the Parkinson's Disease and Diet Guide for the Michael J. Fox Foundation that has been downloaded over 100,000 times worldwide. Her research objective is to develop and implement effective dietary interventions to improve the health and wellbeing of adults and older adults with disabilities, including Parkinson disease.
